Cycling along the Llangollen Canal

Cycling is permitted from Llangollen (Bridge 45) to Irish Bridge 27 at Pentre, a total of 9 km (5.5 miles) in all. Take extra care, as this rural section is popular with other users. Dismount when approaching bridges. Please also note that, for safety reasons, cycling is not permitted on the Pontcysyllte Aqueduct.

Please cycle with great care and courtesy to others, observing the Waterways Code for Cyclists. You must display a valid British Waterways cycling permit on your cycle at all times. You can download one free of charge .

Beicio ar hyd Camlas Llangollen

Ceir caniatâd i feicio o Langollen (Pont 45) at y Bont Wyddelig 27 yn Pentre, sy’n bellter o 9 km (5.5 milltir). Byddwch yn ofalus, gan fod y rhan wledig hon yn boblogaidd gyda defnyddwyr eraill. Ewch oddi ar eich beic a cherdded wrth nesáu at bontydd. Nodwch hefyd, am resymau diogelwch, nad oes caniatâd i feicio ar Bont Dd?r Pontcysyllte.

Byddwch yn ofalus iawn wrth feicio a pharchu pobl eraill, a chydymffurfio â Chod y Dyfrffyrdd i Feicwyr. Mae’n rhaid i chi arddangos trwydded feicio Dyfrffyrdd Prydain ar eich beic bob amser. Gallwch lawrlwytho un o’r rhain am ddim o waterscape.com.
